Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FieldKey ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

FieldKey is a cloud-based CRM and business management platform for service businesses. Features include client management, job tracking, invoicing, appointment booking, email campaigns, and related tools. Features may change at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business. Notify us immediately at support@fieldkey.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

FieldKey offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) using the campaign tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with other users' access

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to FieldKey. By using the Service, you grant FieldKey a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

The FieldKey platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by FieldKey and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldKey's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
